From London, Valencia from Gatwick on Sunday 14 February 2027 is £136.70 each for the whole day, with sunset at 18:36. Go on Monday 15 February instead and it's £106.70 each, £60.00 less for two.

We looked at every same-day return from London's six airports for February. Prices are return, per person, checked on 28 October 2026, and the whole-day figure adds the airport transfer, lunch and dinner.
The 14th versus the 15th
On Sunday 14 February the typical day trip flight from London was £173.00, across 57 fares. On Monday 15 February it was £140.00, across 79. Saturday the 13th wasn't much better than the Sunday at £170.00.
Here's what that looks like on the trips worth doing as a couple.

A couple of tips
Book your seats together when you book. It's a long day to spend six rows apart.
Half term starts on Monday 15 February for a lot of schools in England, so if you've got kids, check your dates first. Fares will move between now and February, and the trip pages always show today's.
