Full refund any time before 13 October 2026, and for 14 days after it opens. No questions asked.
Once Day Trips is open to everyone rather than founding members only, the same promise reads simply: Full refund within 14 days, no questions asked.
How to use it
Email support@budgetbro.app from the email address on your account and ask for a refund. You do not have to give a reason.
We refund the full amount to the original payment method. It is never a proportion, and we never take fees out of it.
Cancel in one click from your account, in the same place you signed up.
What happens to access
Refunding a founding order ends that order and frees the founding spot for someone else. If founding membership sells out again after your spot frees up, rejoining means paying whatever it costs at that point.
Your legal rights
Separately from this guarantee, UK law gives you a 14-day cooling-off right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 whenever you buy at a distance, like this. Starting a subscription straight away, before that 14 days is up, requires your express consent, which checkout asks for.
This guarantee sits on top of that statutory right, not instead of it. Nothing on this page reduces what the law already gives you.
Cancelling a renewal
Cancel any time, before or after a renewal, in one click from your account, the same place you signed up. Cancelling stops the next payment; it does not undo one already taken, which is what this guarantee is for.

Methodology
How we price a day
We have no reviews yet. This is the honest substitute: exactly what is in the figure on every route page, and what is not.
What's in the number
The headline figure on each destination is on-the-ground spend for one person, for one day: the airport transfer into town, getting around locally, lunch, dinner and one drink.
It is hand-tiered per destination rather than pulled from a live quote, so it stays an honest average rather than pretending to be a booking price. The drink is priced as exactly one, because how many you actually have is yours to add on, not ours to assume.
What's excluded
The flight is deliberately not in this figure. Fares move by the day and by who is flying; folding a snapshot of one into a "what a day costs" number would make the number wrong within a week. Where we have a real fare for your dates, it is shown separately, next to this figure, not blended into it.
Attractions are priced separately too, and marked where something is free to visit, because paying to see the sights is optional and the headline figure should not quietly assume you will. Where a slower, cheaper way to do the transfer exists, we show that as an alternative rather than defaulting the number to it.
What we don't know
These are guide numbers, not a checkout. Actual spend on the day depends on what you eat, where you go and how you get around once you're there. It will vary from the figure shown, sometimes by a lot. We would rather show a rough number we can explain than an invented one that looks precise.
