You leave at 06:25 and land at 09:30 local time, and Italy is an hour ahead, so you are in the air a little over two hours. Direct with Ryanair into Marco Polo, which is 13km from the city.
Can you do Venice in a day from Stansted?
Better than most cities, because the airport run is short. You are through and into the city by 10:22, you leave again at 18:13 and you are back at Stansted by 21:50. That is 7.8 hours, which is enough for the Rialto, St Mark's, a long lunch and still getting lost somewhere quiet.
