The best deals to lock in before your one way flight.

Black Friday Deals For Backpackers 2025
Travelling isn’t expensive because of one big cost, it’s expensive because of a thousand little ones. A hostel here, a bus there, a new charger you lost seven days into your trip, it all adds up. And the annoying part? Most of it is avoidable.
Black Friday can be great, but it can also be a hoax. You just need to do your research to stretch a few pounds and add a few more days onto your trip. It’s not as hard as you think either. I’ve done the leg work for you.
Below I’ve listed three great ways for you to save money during this Black Friday.
Black Friday Deal #1: Osprey Farpoint 40L backpack
I’ve made this one a priority because I know how big Osprey bags are. Back in 2019 I bought my first Osprey backpack and I still use the same one today. Six years in and it’s as strong as ever, although the zips need a bit of oil. Osprey have been popular for a long time but they’ve had a huge spike in recent years, so finding this bag in the Black Friday sale is pretty epic.
Here's the Amazon link, 35% off! Thank me later as I know a lot of you will LOVE this one.

Black Friday Deal #2: Vietjet Air up to 99% OFF!
This ones pretty mega, and it's genuine too. If you're in or going to Southeast Asia, you don't want to miss this opportunity. The key thing here is timing, they will fly off the shelf (pun intended) so be quick, and remember it's Vietjet, they will weigh your carry on. They seem to be the only airline which constantly catches me out.
Here's the Vietjet Air link, GO GO GO!
Black Friday Deal #3: Hostelworld
Although this isn't a direct product you can buy, it's extremely handy, especially if you know exactly where you are going over the next few weeks you can save more than you'd think with unto 35% off most places. what's even more impressive is this the areas the Black Friday deals cover.
- Southeast Asia 252 locations
- Europe 190 locations
- South America 182
Surprising right? Here's the Hostelworld link directly to their Black Friday sales.
These are not affiliate links (unfortunately) just my honest opinion on where to look for travel discounts during this year's Black Friday sale. However if these links did help you, share the love and follow our Instagram, engage with some of our posts. It goes a long way 💚
