“After launch” marks what is planned but not yet there, and is not part of what a subscription buys. Extreme Day Trips’ prices and limits read from extremedaytrips.com/premium on 7 October 2026, tier by tier. What each of our plans includes.

Common questions

Is BudgetBro Day Trips cheaper than Extreme Day Trips?

Not quite, against their cheaper tier. Day Trips is £39.99 a year or £4.99 a month. Extreme Day Trips is £37 a year for Premium and £49 for Premium Plus (read on extremedaytrips.com/premium, 7 October 2026), so we sit about £3 above Premium and around 18% below Premium Plus. The founding price is £19 a year, locked for as long as you stay, which is roughly half of either of theirs. Beyond price, we cost the whole day rather than the flight, and give 14 days to get your money back against their 7.

What does BudgetBro Day Trips do that they do not?

Prices the whole day, per person, before you book. The whole-day price is the flight, checked on the date shown, plus getting to and from the airport, local transport, lunch, dinner and a coffee or a pint, which we set for each city. Things to do are named with their own prices, not added to the total. Their itineraries tell you how to get in from the airport and what to see. Ours tells you what the day will cost you.

Is everything in this comparison available now?

Yes. Everything in the table above is what a Day Trips subscription gives you, except the one row marked "After launch". What each plan includes is on our pricing page.

Where is Extreme Day Trips still ahead?

Two things. They have years of itineraries written up by hand, where ours are put together for the trip in front of you. And they have been running far longer, with a 4.7 Trustpilot rating from 43 reviews (checked 7 October 2026) and a community behind it that took those years to build. On search range we now go six months ahead, to anywhere rather than one city at a time.

Does Extreme Day Trips have a free tier?

Yes. Free users can search flights in the next two weeks and get a weekly deals email for their chosen airports. Their paid tiers are what open the longer search window, the saved searches and the alerts.
