Leeds to Dublin Day Trip for £32: Quick Tips
Ryanair from Leeds Bradford to Dublin on Monday 23 November was £32 return on Google Flights on 12 October. Out at 06:00, back in Leeds at 22:00. Our estimate for the whole day, food and transport included, is about £78.

Thirty-two quid. Leeds to Dublin and back, same day, on a Monday in late November. Here's how I'd do it.
What are the flight times?
Ryanair leaves Leeds Bradford at 06:00 and lands in Dublin at 07:00. The flight home leaves Dublin at 21:00 and lands at 22:00. £32 return on Google Flights, checked on 12 October 2026.
Quick tips for the day
- Take the Aircoach into town. About 30 minutes, €12 return
- Use a Leap card on the buses. It caps at €6 for the day
- The National Museum, the National Gallery and Phoenix Park are all free
- The Book of Kells is €25, so book it ahead if it's on your list
- Eat a big lunch. Dinner in the centre costs more
- Leave the city by about 19:30 for the 21:00 flight
- Hand luggage only. It's a day, not a holiday

Is a 06:00 flight from Leeds Bradford worth it?
If you want the full day, yes. You're in Dublin before most people are at their desks and you don't fly home until 21:00. That's nearly 12 hours in the city for £32 in flights. Check in online and travel light, so you can go straight to security.
Why a Monday?
It was the cheapest day we found for this route, and a weekday means Dublin without the weekend crowds in Temple Bar. If Monday doesn't work, search other dates from Leeds Bradford to find the next cheapest.

How much does the whole day cost?
About £78 a person by our estimate. That's the £32 flight plus about £46 on the ground: £10 for the Aircoach, £5 for buses, £12 for lunch, £19 for dinner and £6 for a pint.
